ADMISSION
§
ALL THE CANDIDATES AND THEIR PARENTS
WILL BE CALLED FOR VERIFICATION OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS AND FINAL
ALLOCATION OF CATEGORY (as mentioned in the prospectus) ON MERIT CUM
CHOICE BASIS.
§
If at any stage of MBBS course, it is
proved that the candidate has been admitted on the basis of
false/incorrect documents or information against the rules of
admission, his/her admission will be cancelled immediately by the
University, after giving him/her an opportunity through a show cause
notice and receiving a reply within 7 (seven) days. The entire fee
paid by him/her will be forfeited and the University will have the
right to take any legal action against the candidate as per law of
the country.
§
Any case of fraud or tampered document
will be notified to all medical institutions of the country. Such a
candidate will be debarred from getting admission in any institution
and will be imposed a fine of Rs. Fifty thousand (50,000) after a
show cause notice of seven days.
12.
CLOSING DATE OF ADMISSION:-
§
Admission to all categories will be
closed after sixty (60) days of the start of the academic session
and no admission will be allowed after sixty (60) days in any
category including the reserved seats.
§
The date of admission in first year
M.B.B.S course will be taken as the first day of the corresponding
academic year, irrespective of the fact as to when the candidate was
selected for admission by the institution.
§
The selected candidate should be
enrolled with the university by paying enrolment fee within two
weeks after the display of the final merit list.
13.
VACANT SEATS
§
The seats, which remain vacant at the
time of selection will be filled by admitting the next candidate
under the same category on merit.
§
In case a seat falls vacant during first
thirty days of the academic year of admission, it will also be
filled by admitting the next candidate on merit, under the same
category.
§
Any seat falling vacant after the first
sixty days of admission, it will stand forfeited and no candidate
will be admitted on this seat.
14.
GENERAL MEDICAL BOARD
§
The selected candidates shall have to
undergo a medical examination through Medical Board set up by the
University.
The
selected candidates must produce following documents, on the day of
medical examination.
(1) X-Ray Chest (PA View)
(2) Vaccination certificate against HBV
(3) Anti HCV and HBsAg
§
The Medical Board will carry out the
necessary history, examination, investigations and opinion from the
specialists.
The provisions made in this prospectus are liable to
be modified, relaxed or amended by the university authorities from
time to time and such changes will be applicable to all concerned.
