Merit No. 1 till 426 should submit pay order
of Rs. 24,150/- (for general merit

Merit No. 427 and onwards can bring pay
order of Rs. 250,000/- (for UEDP-MBBS, Self Finance
-
CANDIDATES interested for BDS can bring two
pay orders (Rs. 60,000/- for general merit), (Rs. 300,000/- for UEDP
local
Similarly candidates for MBBS whose merit is on
borderline can bring 2 pay orders, one for general merit and the other for
UEDP local. The extra pay order will be stamped and signed there and then by
the Registrar DUHS for cancellation.

already been submitted with the application form), for submission.

Candidates of all categories must bring
Affidavit on Stamp paper of Rs. 80/- as per following specimen:

that all statements or particulars made in the application are true to the best
of my knowledge. If any of the statement is found to be incorrect, my admission
should be cancelled. I also hereby agree that if admitted, I shall abide by all
the rules and regulations of Dow University Disciplinary act and will not do any
thing either within or outside the institution that may interfere with the
University administration and discipline. I further undertake that if I fail to
observe the discipline of the University, I am liable to be expelled punished or
legal action may be taken, which the university may deem necessary.

If any candidate is absent on Sunday 21st
Sept. 2008 his/her merit position will be given to the next candidate in
line. Hence the absent candidate can not claim his Merit Position after
Sunday 21st Sept. 2008.

However it is not necessary for the
candidate to be present personally. He/she may be represented by any of
his family member or friend to deposit the required pay order and the
original documents, mentioned above.
